Where we ship<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Choose a parcel machine or courier delivery at checkout. Which options appear depends on your country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We work with Omniva, DPD, SmartPosti and Unisend. The carrier depends on the option you pick and where the parcel is going.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We currently ship within the EU only. If your country is not offered at checkout, we cannot deliver there yet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dispatch and cost<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Orders are dispatched within two working days<\/strong> of payment. The delivery times above start from dispatch, not from when you order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shipping cost depends on the destination and the method you choose, and is shown at checkout before you pay. Prices are in euros and are the final amount payable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Delivery estimates are not guarantees \u2014 carrier delays and public holidays can extend them. If your parcel is significantly late, contact us and we will chase it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tracking your parcel<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

When your order is dispatched we email you the details needed to track or collect it. Parcels sent to a parcel machine are held for a limited period, usually seven calendar days, and returned to us if not collected. If that happens, contact us and we will arrange re-delivery \u2014 the cost of sending it again is payable by you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If a parcel is lost or damaged before it reaches you, that is our problem, not yours. Contact us and we will replace it or refund you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Returns: changed your mind<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You have 14 days<\/strong> from receiving your order to change your mind, for any reason or none.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Email info@seifdesign.eu<\/a> within 14 days of delivery. Include your name and order number.<\/li>\n
  2. We will confirm the return address.<\/li>\n
  3. Send the item back within 14 days of telling us.<\/li>\n
  4. We refund you within 14 days of receiving your notice.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    You pay the return postage<\/strong> when you are returning because you changed your mind. We recommend a tracked service \u2014 until the parcel reaches us, it is your responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    We refund the full price you paid, including the standard cost of the original delivery. If you chose a faster or more expensive delivery option, we refund the standard cost. Refunds go back to the payment method you used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    You may unpack and handle the item to check it, as you would in a shop. If it comes back showing use beyond that, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Items made to your individual specification cannot be returned under this right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Returns: something is wrong<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, this is not a change-of-mind return and different rules apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Email info@seifdesign.eu<\/a> with your order number and photographs. We pay the return shipping for valid claims<\/strong>, and we will repair, replace or refund. You are covered for two years from delivery. Full detail is on the Warranty<\/a> page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    A note on natural materials<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Stone, wood and leather vary from piece to piece. Grain, colour and pattern will not match the photographs exactly, because no two items are the same. That is the nature of the material rather than a fault, so it is not itself a reason for a warranty claim \u2014 but it is, of course, a perfectly good reason to change your mind, and the 14-day right above covers you if the piece you receive is not what you hoped for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
